Refund Policy
Dr Nathan Learning sells digital educational games and learning resources delivered instantly online. Because these are digital products with immediate access, all sales are final and non-refundable. That said, we stand behind our products — if something isn't working, a game won't load, or you were charged in error, email us at hello@drnathanlearning.com within 14 days and we'll make it right, including a refund at our discretion. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller, Lemon Squeezy.

Dr Nathan Learning ("we") respects your privacy. What we collect: when you buy a product, our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) collects your name, email, and billing details to process the purchase and grant access; we receive your name and email to deliver your product and provide support. Our games may store gameplay progress locally in your browser.We do not sell your personal data. We use it only to fulfill orders, provide support, and send purchase-related email. Because our products are made for children, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from kids beyond what's needed to run the game in-browser.

By purchasing or using products from Dr Nathan Learning, you agree to these terms. License: your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and play the purchased game(s) for personal/family or single-classroom use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly host our games. Access: products are delivered as online access via drnathanlearning.com and may require an internet connection. Payments: handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Availability: we aim to keep games online but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
